Experience

Little lost robot Internship Twerton, Bath

Mar 2023- Jun 2023

I am an intern for this not-for-profit collective which aims to bring art to communities. My role involves running and planning art activities for adults and children in our shop in Twerton. These activities have included Lino print, card making, painting, welding, VR art, lantern making, etc.

I am also involved in making large scale metal sculpture commissions such as panther and sea monster lanterns for the garden at Hampton Court. We are currently working on metal and rope snake, mouse, and mushroom sculptures for Kew Gardens.

 Sue Faux studio Marlborough

Oct 2016- Mar 2021

During my time working at the studio, I was a key holder and responsible for shop opening.

I had full responsibility for running a number of art activities from teaching art to home school children, after school classes including SEN, adult classes and ceramic drop-in sessions.

I ran the ‘Art with Mummy’ sessions and birthday parties for all ages and hen parties. I was also responsible for glazing the ceramics made by customers and was involved firing them in the on-site kiln.

I baked cakes for the small in-shop café which I would also run between teaching classes.

I sold artworks in the gallery and helped curate the space.
